This 1994 Chevrolet Astro EXT is a conversion van that was modified by Choo Choo Customs of Chattanooga, Tennessee. The body is finished in white and features an extended-height roof, fog lights, a black grille, and tinted windows, while the cabin is outfitted with air conditioning, a Pioneer head unit, front and middle-row captain’s chairs, a convertible rear sofa, beige cloth upholstery, wood paneling, and an overhead console. Power comes from a 4.3-liter V6 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, and the van rides on 15″ alloy wheels that are mounted over antilock front disc and rear drum brakes. Work in preparation for the sale included an oil change, air conditioning work, and replacement of the oil cooler lines, ignition components, and front lower ball joints. This Astro conversion van is offered with manufacturer’s literature, an accident-free Carfax report, service records and a clean title.
The van is finished in white and features an extended-height roof, an updated lower front valance, fog lights, tinted windows, a black grille, a sliding right-side door, and rear barn-style doors.
The black-finished 15″ alloy wheels are mounted with 235/75R Pathfinder HT tires. Stopping power is provided by antilock front disc and rear drum brakes. The front lower ball joints were replaced in preparation for the sale.
The front captain’s chairs are trimmed in beige cloth upholstery and are joined by wood trim on the doors and console. Appointments include a Pioneer stereo, power windows and locks, and rubberized floor mats. The rear air conditioning expansion valve was replaced, and the system was recharged in preparation for the sale.
The airbag steering wheel frames a digital instrument cluster with readouts for vehicle speed, fuel level, voltage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer shows 62k miles.
The second-row captain’s chairs and third-row convertible sofa are upholstered to match the front seats, and wood paneling accents the side valances and overhead console. Further details include sliding side windows, second-row armrests, overhead lighting, and a transverse clothes hanger bar.
The 4.3-liter Vortec V6 was serviced with an oil change and replacement of the spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap and rotor, and oil cooler lines in preparation for the sale.
